The Society of Emotional Intelligence (SoEI) is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) professional association. Established in 2009, SoEI is dedicated to bringing emotional intelligence into practice in all walks of life including schools, families, organizations, and communities.
Lynne Davidson, Ph.D.
Lynne is an Adjunct Full Professor at The New School, Milano School of Policy, Management, and Environment where she teaches Executive Coaching: Theory and Practice. Prior to joining The New School, Lynne was a Clinical Full Professor and Head of Organizational Behavior and Change at New York University. Lynne is a champion of Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace and a highly active affiliate of the Tri-State Diversity Council, a Chapter of the National Diversity and Inclusion Council.
Her assessment expertise in emotional intelligence (ESCI, EQ-i 2.0), and numerous certifications provide her with the tools to guide her eclectic and evidence-based approach. Lynne has coached hundreds of clients in diverse industries and has been recognized for her dynamic, passionate and exemplar relationship with her clients.
As an executive coach she has served as a senior leadership consultant in several prestigious organizations including, Delotitte, JPMorganChase, Sanofi Pharma, Merial Veterinarians, GrowthLeaders, Sherman and Sterling law firm, Prudential, NYU Langone Medical Center, and Accenture.
She has extensive experience in coaching high-potential women leaders to accelerate their readiness for senior C-Suite roles. With a unique blend of expertise in business, university academia, and the professional fields of finance, law and medicine, her coaching insights result in high-impact potential for client career advancement.
She has presented over 70 nationwide presentations and appeared on both radio and national television.
Mike is a management consultant and senior executive leader with over 30 years of experience in strategy, international operations, process redesign, performance improvement, and turnaround management. He advises clients in the financial services, manufacturing, and non-profit sectors.
His recent consulting engagements include leading a business diagnostic at a $30B bank; providing expertise in an evaluation of enterprise risk for a $100B bank; integrating China operations for a $400MM manufacturing company; and serving as senior advisor to an international NGO. In addition to his consulting, Mike holds an appointment as an Assistant Professor at NYU, teaching courses in Global Leadership Strategy, Managing Performance Effectiveness, and Business Process.
Prior to joining his current position at Cabot Point Partners Mike served as a member of the Operating Committee of US Trust while COO/CFO of the Private Bank, as an interim Senior Executive for a variety of companies, and in executive positions with Citibank as COO/CFO in Japan and Investment Center Head for Switzerland. Mike began his career at General Electric designing advanced technology aircraft engines.
Mike holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an SM from M.I.T., and a BSE from the University of Pennsylvania.
